Inezi, whose real name is Horatio Flowers, is a soulful Jamaican Reggae and Dancehall singer-songwriter hailing from St. Catherine. Influenced by his father, who was also a singer, Inezi grew up immersed in the rhythms of the Copper Tone sound system in Spanish Town. His musical journey began in high school, where he formed the group H5, which later became Konscious. The group gained attention through competitions like Jamaica’s Digicel Rising Stars and Magnum Kings and Queens.
After the group disbanded, Inezi pursued a solo career, releasing impactful singles such as "Straight Away," "Roots and Culture," and "No Love". His music, known for its socially conscious themes, has been featured on platforms like BBC and iHeartRadio1. Inezi's collaboration with Addis Records during the pandemic resulted in tracks like "Rise," "African Proverbs," and "Mind Check".
In 2022, Inezi released his EP "Pain and Pleasure," showcasing a more personal side of his music. The EP received praise from broadcasters and music fans alike. As of 2025, Inezi continues to evolve his sound, working with various European reggae labels and preparing for new releases.
